A professional services firm occupying two full floors of a Chatswood commercial building engaged ProLux to repaint their offices ahead of a brand refresh. The office operated five days a week with more than a hundred staff on site, so daytime works were not an option. The repaint had to be completed without interrupting operations, while protecting IT equipment, furniture and documents, and meeting the building's access, safety and after-hours requirements.
We developed a staged program delivered after hours and across weekends, working floor by floor so each area was returned to use the next business day. Low-odour, fast-drying products were selected for occupied environments, work areas were fully masked and protected each night, and the facilities manager received a clear schedule and proactive updates throughout.
